Bringing the cherries up from the orchard with the bin trailers. It's worse than trying to push a shopping cart backward at high speed.
Cooling/Moistening the cherries. Shoppers don't like to buy fresh cherries with dried out stems.
Stacking the cherries five high to go into the truck which holds 110-120 bins. Each bin holds about 300# of Bing cherries.
Loading the truck to go to the processing plant.
